Mine has an adjustable lt1 style on it now....im just wondering what and how would I install a different style on it. I think I actually have one for fuel injection. But im not sure if it has the return line.

you can, you have to thread the ends of the rail and hook into it that way or weld a fitting onto it

25 to 30 PSI while running is about 10 PSI too low, and the fuel pressure should drop slowly when the engine is shut off. It could be a defective check valve in the pump, a bad regulator, or a leaky injector. Try priming the pump in the morning by turning the key on & off several times before attempting to start. If now the engine starts right up and keeps running, it is a sure indication that there is an internal fuel leak.
I finally got out there this morning and tried this. I turned the key on till the fuel pump kicked off and repeated about 8 times. It still spun over about 8-10 times before it fired off, ran for about 2 sec and went dead. I started it back up and it didnt even turn over once, it fired right up. I let it sat for about 5 mins, and it fires right up.
After I let it run for a min I shut it off and the Fuel pressure does drop slowly.
I ended up buying a FPR. I should have these this week.
But does this sound like a FPR issue?

I'd say yes figuring your fuel pump(s) is in good standing and you said your injectors were serviced. When you said you turned your key on how long did your fuel pump stay on for to build pressure?

Maybe 3-5 sec...
