Craby, is there a way someone could put the setup of the Sig mandatory? As in when creating the profile on the forum the signature page should automatically pop up as part of registering?

As for the fan problem, if fuses and relays are good then check the fan motors directly by jumping them to see if they're good. If they are then you could trace the wiring. Also, if a person were to pull the ECT sensor on the WP the fans should automatically kick on, if no system problems are in the way.

Fans kick on at 226 and 235.

Bad fans: Use a 12v battery to jump the fans manually. They aren't very loud until the high speed kicks in at 235.
Bad fuse: Most of the fuses in the fuse box are the same. Switch the fans with the fog lights fuse and check to see if that changes anything.
Bad coolant temperature sensors: There are two sensors, one in the head on the passenger side and one in the water pump. The head temp sender goes only to the gauge cluster. The water pump temp sender goes to the PCM so it can turn the fans on or off when needed.

could be fuse, fan relay, temp sensor (on the water pump) or bad fans
