hey guys have any of you guys tried the ebay window motors i am debating ordering them i hear that the best are the ac delco's...but they cost a arm and a leg! what do u guys think here are the ebay ones:

I've never had good luck with ebay motors. I would suggest getting one from autozone or checkers, have had really good luck with them and they are lifetime warranty. I think the last one I got was 55 bucks, well worth it IMO.

 

yea 55 is int bad...but a shop by my house want 120 for each motor....and he guarantees it till the car is junked...but still man 240 fro window motors....tooo much! i will ask my friend at autozone to see if they carry them. i hope they do!

hey i bought some window motors off ebay at the beginning of the year an had them installed. so far so good i havent had any problems.

 

I changed my driver's side window motor a few weeks back-bought it from the local napa shop for $48 which included a $10 core- so, $38 is not bad and it's waranteed for the life of the car. When it comes to something like a window motor you want to do it right the first time. They're not real hard to do, but it does require taking the door apart and drilling out the rivets, etc. I wouldn't want to take the thing apart a month or two later because the motor went bad and then try to get justice from some seller on ebay. I think I'd stick with a locally purchased motor on something like this, but that's just my opinion.

 

yea man ebay warranties are difficult to have honored...i cant work on my car cause i cut the tendon on my right hands pinky on Monday... i am recoperating i got it all fixed up. ill let u guys know what i find in a week or 2.

 

I have had 3 ebay motors in my cars and now problems.
