Default dual exit exaust...mufflers?

I don't know much about anything with cars but i figured out my '96 camaro Z28 has a dual exit exhaust. I want to get aftermarket mufflers (flowmaster super 44s) but I don't know if or how I can do that with a dual exit and not true dual. So how can I do that?

we are kind of stuck with the single muffler. u can go true dual but the ground clearance will be a few inches and the pipes wont last long. flowmaster should make a cat back system or just a individual muffler for your car that will sound nice. nice car and welcome to the forum. stop by the new member section and do an intro.

i have true duals, but its more of a personal prefference, and i dont reccomend it on a daily driver. And it does cost a lot more and the person doing the work would have to have experience doing it before on these cars or it wont work very well
