Default Do 94Z's have Vacuum Modulators?

First of all thank you guys for your help/advice so far… Unfortunately my Z still hasn’t been cooperating, so I have a few more questions. Answer one, none, or all; any help is very much appreciated. Thanks again,

Does the tranny on the 94’s have a vacuum modulator? Mine isn’t shifting into third or fourth gear, and a buddy of mine told me it might be cracked or broken.

Is it possible to “rewind” the tachometers? I’m starting to doubt it only has 84*** miles, but maybe it was just driven hard I dunno.

Last but not least, I’m have an acceleration problem, when I come to a complete stop and hit the gas, I here a ticking noise from the engine and it slowly starts going till about 15 or 20 then it stops ticking and runs like it should… It doesn’t do it if I start off really slow (like a normal person).

No, the 4L60E transmission does not use vacuum anything. Check the shift solenoids.
