i totaled my '98 ls1 6-speed and took that whole drive train and put it in a 95 v6 automatic camaro. i also put the '02 SS front clip on for looks. anyways. i used my old wiring harness(and pcm) with making some of it my own since some of it got destroyed in the collision. I did not change the interior wiring, although i would have liked to. i put the BMR tubular k-member in the front and the z28 suspension. i did swap out the rearend with the z28 rearend, but you dont need to do that. i believe i did swap out the gas tank as well, but i dont think that is manditory either.
if you have any questions let me know. everyone says how hard it is, and it's not! the only hard part i had was the wiring harness(since mine wasnt complete).

the tach's are different, well some years are. the 93-95? have a tach filter. im not so sure on the 95. also not sure what the sl1 sytem has, anyways all you have to do is bypass the filter. well,,, dont know if you would just run a connection to the ecu for rpms because the stock tach is gona want it to show right rpms.
