According to the info I can find there were only 3 1996 Earnhardt SS's made, it's worth a lot if it is a real one.

LT1 engine, Hurst 6-speed transmission and all the high-performance factory options that were available. It's a low 13-second quarter-mile car. It has hand-sown Checkered Flag leather seats, T-top. It also has a high-performance exhaust and rear-end that was installed at Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet. Also the speedo i believe is signed by D.E. himself. It looks like the 4th gen camaro version of the old adam west batmobile...

ur not gaining a second with some tuning, a tranny, and factory performance options. it takes at least LT's (which that car wont have per factory specs) and the rest of the supporting boltons to get low 13s in an lt1. stock manifolds i really cant see that happening, even if they are 'factory performance' manifolds

There were only 3 made like JD1969 said but i am pretty sure that Dale JR. has one of them. So there are really only 2.
