cosmetics vs performance
what do u guys do first? stay stock and get your ride lookin nice or do you get under the hood first and have it lookin dusty on the outside until you got the hp you wantin? jus gettin options on how different folks approach there project.

both, sg you need to start a build thread and ask all your questions in it. better way, we can keep track of what you have done and plan to do. easier to answer questions.

definitely start a thread. if you like going fast and want more HP, i'd focus on bolt on parts first.
i did all these plus cam and heads. then I got the car repainted, ordered wheels/tires, did the stereo, and other looks-related stuff.
then again, if it was a daily driver, i'd probably focus on appearance rather than HP...especially with gas prices.

I did and am still working on looks right now because I sort of daily drive/commute in my Z. I did do full exhaust and CAI just so it performed a little better for now and sounds better. I want to do everything cosmetic first besides paint job, then I will start my complete drive train build, then paint to top it off.
