Default common overheating with a new twist

i have a pretty much bone stock z28,same as everyone else i used to have a z28 that never had a overheating problem till one day you spring a leak, car runs hot, proper measures are taken and still car never the same again, except for now my a/c compressor does not cycle off when turned on,and both my radiator fans run all the time but at a slower speed,i can turn the a/c on and off and the compressor turns on and off and when it turns off(with me flippin the ****)the compressor clutch engages and dis engages, and no change in the fans, when i unplug the plug on the ac line that is on the other line below the low pressurre fill line, the cooling fan goes into a turbo mode for about a min then goes off and turns the cluth on the compressor off and on,the car has new compressor, new 180tstat,water pump, radiator, opti spark, transmission, hoses, tps, vss,oh before i get impaled for it,i have a 1994 z28....

Fans come on when you turn a/c on. If they don't go off when you turn the a/c off, the temperature could have them turned on.
