Default code confusion???

alright where should i start, in january i had to replace my ecu, distributor, and ignition coil. last week my ses light came on, i got the codes and they were 16 and 26, i went to one place and the told me i had to replace all the same stuff i did in january, so i went some where else for a second opinion and they told me it was a crank or cam sensor issue. could someone give me some a little help here.

Code 16 (low-res pulse not detected) is in the Opti, so you may need to replace the opti. Code 26 is an EVAP purge solenoid malfunction, the two codes don't appear to be related.

That could be why you're having issues. Get a new MSD or ACDelco OEM unit.
