i ordered this http://www.aldlcable.com/sc/toplevel.asp?cat=0
i geuss it comes with some freeware and ive looked at alot of stuff the last week like tunercat, tunerpro rt, efi live, moates, etc.most you cant tune with which is my plan eventually once i have all the small things sorted out on my car. any suggestions for cool free software. and dont tell me to pay someone for a tune because im not interested. i have another car thats turning into a tubo project so im trying to learn all i can about tuning because im going to be busy trying alot of stuff and its where the future is heading with cars in alot of ways. if you know how to tune it opens up alot more things.

i have no idea what my maf should read in grams per second as far as incoming air. if anyone knows what it should be about at idle let me know. im trying to track down my 10mpg and so far everything looks good just have to verify the maf its like 6.5 gps
do you know how to interpret the data in ttsdatamaster craby? or what im looking for as far as my bad gas milage?

anyways i ordered the cable on a monday and got it friday and its holiday season so thats fast.i whent ups the usps is faster and cheaper but we live in a apt so the mail box is too small so i whent ups, for $59=6.5 shipping its a must have tool. i have no codes to tell me anythings wrong, so the average code reader wouldnt show me anything, and the average code reader for obd1 cost over 200. this thing even tells me if my foots on the brake pedal , lol. you should get one
i think i need to investigate the short term and long term fuel trims, i dont quite understand it but good old google helps
