Default cam help

im looking for a cam but idk anything about them. all i know is they make the car sound nice. i looked at the cam sticky and watched some youtube videos on some of them. i like the way the cc306 sounded. can somebody help me find a good cam? i got a 94z can u give a link so i can click and buy? cranecams have to options on their site i was thinking bout jus gettin one of them. jus want to see what help i can get from here first.

what heads you have? you will need to change the valve springs and retainers.

my heads r stock but I am gonna get them p/p. stage 2

yeah I'ma change the springs and retainers I jus don't know what cam to get what will work n my car. I want something that'll be good nothing to crazy. good sound power and gonna let
folks know I got a nice cam when I pull up.

Cam needs to matched to the heads and other upgrades you plan. Auto or manual transmission? You plan on running the stock heads or puchasing after market? Do you daily drive the car? What kind of intake and exhaust components do you have? These are all things that need to be considered when selecting a cam.

talking to elliotts would probably be your best idea...get the info from an expert.
