Default bunny jump

I have a 1995 camaro Z28 LT1 350 6 speed, my question is everytime I drive around town at a low spped my car wants what I call bunny jump with me. Can anyone tell me why it does this and how to fix it? It gets very annoying.

The forum has been acting weird with double posts recently

That said, is the SES light on? Any other odd behavior? We need some more info here before we can be of much help...

Every once ahile my SES light comes on and then goes off. It is getting worse I cant hardly drive around town without keeping the clutch in. It didnt start til I had headers and NOS put on it.
