Bought a 97 Camaro Z28 SS
Hi all,
Just bought a used 1997 white Camaro Z28-SS! The car has 65,000 miles, the car seems to have plenty of power, it's alot faster than i ever thought it would be for a stock car.
I'm guessing the car is stock, it does have a K&N cold air, i have owned two Ford Lightnings, and have a S10 with a 385hp V-8, the Z28 seems just about as fast as the Lightning, which seems strang for a 295 hp engine, i'm guessing it's 295hp, or 285hp?
I dont know much about the Z28, so i'm sure this site will help me!

RE: Bought a 97 Camaro Z28 SS
I just noticed 4 nice sized drops of motor oil on the garage floor spread out in about a foot area! Bought the car from a Autoway dealer yesterday, so i will take it back today and see what they plan on doing about it.
I dont know how the dealer would miss this!

I also plan on doing mods. I paid $11,200 , it has the body kit, glass T- tops, white leather seats, and i'm guessing after market rims. The rims are 18" with new Toyo 18-40-245's tires.
The car was well taken care of by the looks of the paint and weather stripping, also the insides look like new!
