You are just about done with bolt on stuff, may want to try an elactric water pump. Get the PCM tuned to account for the mods you done.

Other reletively cheap bolt ons...

New MAF housing
LT4 Knock module
160 Degree thermostat

The first two will get you some, and the last one is kinda questionable, it can theoretically get you some, but as Pete already said, only with a PCM tune.

if its an automatic you have, a shift kit doesnt exactly make hp, but you will definately feel a difference in performance.. they usually dont run you over $100, so theyre worth it

i had flowmasters on my camaro and it robbed me about 20 HP on the dyno. try getting rid of that and welding on something like a dynomax bullet muffler after the Y- pipe and a turn down. thats what i did and it sounds great!

I did some more research tonight, and found out that the 160 thermo is pretty much useless. Here's an article about a vette with an LT1 that Vette magazine is doin', they dyno it after every part, so you can see how much you get per dollar. Check it out, it's given me some guidance to say the least.
