Ill be sure to make a thread covering it, if and when i get the money situated to do it. Does anyone know how similar the ls1 and lt1 is underneath? I wouldnt imagine them being much different. If anyone thinks it would be a problem to adapt an ls1 true dual kit to an lt1 car let us know.

you need to look at what it would cost to build the duel exhuast and what gains you will get from it. the ls is a different design and yah with cash you can do anything.

Im sure dollar per dollar it isnt the most efficient, but Im just curious about it. Then if I make it work I get to say I have true duals lol. It would probably be cheaper to buy a bunch of tubing in different shapes and sizes from summit and start from scratch then. Which is what I will most likely do, eventually. That way I can cut the tubing how I need it to be cut. It would also likely cost about half as much or even less, the tubing from summit is very affordable. Thanks for pointing out they ARE in fact different.

Well I talked to Texas motors and they said the lsx true duals will work but you still have to fab it
Hooker sells the center X pipe but for 300 bucks is retarded
So that being said my local exhaust shop said he can make a custom x-pipe for 200 to 250 installed so I'd say it's reasonable the only catch is I have to trailer it in and out lol but worth it to me now I gotta find me some x-r1's
