Default Anyone here use Hyper-tech?

A buddy of mine says he bought the hyper-tech system and says he can download it to my car and it will give me some extra hp.
I don't know anything about it. Is it really instant hp?
Will it cause computer issues or other problems?
His firebird is a 95 which is the same year as my car.
He said if I don't like it, he can set it back to factory specs.
Just need a little info and any pros and cons you might have had experienced or know someone that has.
Thanks-

I used it for two of my S-10's, and it did help with the 4.3 engine!

It wont be a huge gain , but it will help some.

Go to a specality race shop. If you have an exhaust and intake or any other mods, they can custom tailor your computer to your upgrades for more horsepower gains.

The Hypertech can only be used on one car at the time. Your buddy will have to return his car to stock tuning before the same hypertech will work on your car. This is done so that you have to buy a programmer for each car.

I don't think he knows that...I'm sure he wants to keep the program in his car too.
Thanks!
