Default 95 VENTED Optispark on 94 LT1?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...id=p2759.l1259

Now I just bought this item on the basis that the 94 is vented pin drive and that's what it said in this listing.

Then I look in the listing and says it works on 1995 - 1997 F-body.

I'm not that experienced with this stuff and I'm a lil confused. I don't feel like doing some complicated conversion...what do I do? Cancel the order? or it is as easy as taking the old one out and putting the new one in? let me know what you think guys.

93-94 lt1 has the splined shaft and is not vented. unless someone has changed the cam and front cover to a pin setup the opti you bought will not work. also has a different plugin so you would need to change the opti wire harness.
