If the motor is still in the car, it's pretty tough. If the motor is out it's easy. You'll also need a spring compressor tool.

Thats why im trying to find someone to help me that knows what they are doing. I have the whole installation process that i got off the internet, from that guy Rob. Its alot harder than i thought it would be.

Hey.......sunshine, I'm ready to race you NOW. I'm downtown.....where are you? I've seen some of the sh*ttalkin' handy work you've been puttin in on Ford sites. So, I'm calling you out. Where in Dallas are you? When you wantta go? I think you've been beating up on V6 mustangs too much lately.......maybe a good dose of REAL American muscle will shake you back into reality. My Boss is waiting, whenever you're ready.

P.S. You're gonna need something more than that 150 shot to help you. I sincerely hope you have another stage laying around in your daddy's garage that he can slap in for you. Oh, and an LS1 swap wouldn't hurt either....
Also.....maybe some bigger gears............shoot, dude.....I think YOU'RE the one that needs a few more months of work on your car to make it decent. I've got a few LS1 buddies who would straight laugh at your butt even after all those mods go in. But don't worry, they've all agreed to conceil their laughter when you get stripped by my Boss.

Anytime now.....

wait a second z284u2nv...
you waste your time surfing Mustang forums... sounds like someone's in the closet...
Seriously, you go on and on about the mods to your car, but you haven't done them yet? And to top it off, you don't even know how to do the mods? You need someone to come hold your hand and do the work for you... the work you are asking about is basic backyard mechanic stuff...

Maybe you should be on the import forums... you're just another cut-spring, fart-pipe, hot-rod wannabe.
