Default 1995 LT1 removal/swap

So I just bought a 1995 Camaro Z-28 w/ 6-speed manual. The body is pumped but motor and trans are in good shape. I want to pull it out and put it into a 1969 Chev street truck, or a 1952 Chev truck on 1978 frame. I haven't had alot to do with electronic engines, mostly just carbed SBC's. I want to simplify the wiring harness as much as possible. I was wondering if anyone knew which wires can go, and what has to stay.
Thanks.

u can pick up a wireing harness with the needed plugs for it. used for installing lt1 and such in other cars just like what u are talking about. fast is one and i know there are more. its not something i have experiance with i just seen it on the net seaching. i will be using a local busines to set up a different ecu system for my car.
