Default 1994 Z28 Over Heating

Hey Folks,
Looking for some advice, my 1994 Z28 is over heating. I have now replaced the water pump and radiator. Water pump was bad and the radiator was clogged but it still over heats and blows the coolant out of the radiator with the cap off or the resevoir if the radiator cap is on. There is no steam coming from the tail pipe and the oil is crystal clear. Any advice would be greatly apreciated.

If that happens right away, then that's a bad sign of a blown head gasket. But if that happens after the engine heats up, that's "normal" as far as bubbling over with the open radiator is concerned, but not normal for it to do that at the reservoir.

Does anyone have a picture or description of the third bleeder assembly that is supposed to be under the throttle body?

I have been bleeding the air from the 2 screws located on the hose and the thermostat cap but have not been able to locate this third bleeder assembly.

Is there a step by step diagnostic/test procedure for the cooling fan system?

The fans are not spinning once the thermostat opens or even when the coolant begins to boil over.

Will do. Is there a point to point wiring/component troubleshooting procedure for the fan system because thed fuses are good?
