yea its the key on engine off thats got me wondering it jumps to 45 psi pump running then drops to about 38-39psi off and holds.Ill double check with another gauge 2-3psi isnt much but its got me frustrated at this point.

could be the ball valve in the fuel pump or the fuel pressure regulator is letting it drop, could also be an injector is not holding untill the pressure drops.

Just went and got a fitting for my gauge. 41psi key on engine off holds firm. 37psi at idle. Def has a little more power. Still has a slight miss under 2000rpm. Is it possible that running lean the fd up the plugs?

With a wrench. I think it was 7/8 might of been 13/16. Took longer to jack it up and get under it then anything else. I use antiseize when i put things together makes life easy when u take it apart...

loaks u need heat. Try to get ahold of a acetylene torch. If you get it hot enough with some good gloves you should literally beable to get it out with your fingers. If u get stuck start a new thread the guys on here are very helpful! And yes the damn ses came back for right 02 lean. It will only come on after a long time at idle. Im gonna drop the exhaust and re torque the flanges maybe its suckin air...If that doesnt do i dont have a freakin clue.
