there all lsa. check out the cam info page. he will give you the best info on what to expect when you order. lloyd is the man when it comes to heads and cams. and yes you can tune for the heads and cam through solomon and get a retune for cheap.

i 4rd gears and stall. get all the supporting mods done before you go heads and cam. 3:73 gears with a 3200 stall will make a very noticeable improvement

he has the headers, cat back and intake. he will need to pick up some 1.6 roller rockers and some hardened pushrods with guide plates and should be good to go with the heads and cam. cost for gears for me is almost as much a the head job, 480 bucks just to have the gears put in, i provided all the parts 300. bucks. sooo in my eyes the cost/benifit favors the head, cam mod.

i really dont think id have the cash for the push rods and rr, i mean 1200 just for the parts, and labor after that. so in reality its about 2gs to do heads and cam ): sooo if i had the cash i might as well buy a crate 383 or somthing and be set up,, not building on a 17 year old motor. so many dam options and so little money. im about 6mnths i should be going over seas and when i come back i might just get a crate motor. (or a 71 chevelle)

if you are not doing the work yourself then i would reverse my recomendation and go with gears and if you can afford it pick up a converter. the converter will require the trany be taken out so thats more money if someone else is doing it.

hmmm, the little details that tend to get overlooked.

Now, if it were me, and I planned on keeping the car for a while and was going to change my TC and gears then I would also

replace torque arm bushing
replace tranny mount
change tranny fluid/filter
replace wheel bearings and seals
replace all bearings/seals using a diff kit
replace u joints
replace rear main seal
replace fuel filter

all of those just fall under the category of "since you are there"
