SS or Z28 Camaro

The title on my daughters 1998 Z28 itstates both the Camaro Z28 and SS. The car has all the Z28 emblems and options, but why would the title state both unless it had some SS options.

Who knows, the person writing the title might have made a mistake. You can chenck and see if it is an SS by calling SLP Performance and giving them your VIN number, they built all the SS's.

I think thats how they are labled, as a Camaro Z28/SS.. atleast thats how mine is labled and its an SS

Mines titled as a Z28 but shes a documented SS I don't know if thats how it is where you are but thats how it is here in TX

Funny I had the same question my titlestates that I have a iroc Z28/Z28 but I show nothing on the car, all I have is the Z28 logos and my body style doesn't look like an iroc

i have been told its because they all leave the factory as Z28s but the ones modified by SLP are also given the title SS.

i almost didnt get my car because the vin came up with 2 cars, the Z28 and then the SS
