why is my car (2001 SS completely stock) so sluggish when i hit it around 30-35 mph??? is that how the cars are stock or could something be wrong???

 

Car should be pretty darn quick, is the service lite on? Are you driving it properly? If it is a six speed you need to drop down a few gears to get it moving from 30 MPH, if automatic is should be dropping down a couple of gears when floored.

 

its an auto, i guess im just used to the pickup it has at 20 and 25 and it just doesnt seem as strong at 30 and 35. thanks though
