Default Need some info from Camaro SS owners.

Can you guys tell me how to tell if the wheels off a 2002 Camaro SS, 17X9 with the 5 spokes are Genuine GM.
The back of the wheels is stamped made in Japan and the lip on the rim also has a stamp but looks more like JM instead of GM.
I bought these off SLP Performance years ago and were advertized as New Take Offs.
I tried calling SLP but no one even answers the phone...are they still in business?

Thanks for you help.

I am pretty sure mine say GM on the back. I would pull one and look for you but right now my car is parked in a buddies garage because I am painting his car in my garage.

JD1969 or anyone else if you can verify your wheels for me I would really appreciate it.

I bought these back in 1999 or 2000 and I don't believe anyone made aftermarket wheels back then but I could be wrong.

Maybe you can just look on the front lip of the wheels to see if it has a GM stamp or JM stamp, this would help as well.

You can see this on my pic opposite of the valve stem...mine is stamped JM or JW.

Also it is stamped Japan on the backside.
