Question Need help starting an LS1..been garaged 2yrs

Hi,
I have an 2001 camaro LS1 that's been sitting in my garage for a couple of years. What's the best way to prep car for the 1st start in years?

Drain the fuel and put fresh in for a start, oil change before you drive it.

^^^ agree, get as much of that old gas out as you can. maybe unhook at the injector rail and turn key on and off to cylcle the pump and pump into container. change fuel filter. add some injector cleaner to the fuel you put in. oh and turn the music up to chase the critters out. lol.

The cylinder walls will be pretty well dried out by this time. Take the plugs out and spray a good dose of lubricant inside the cylinders.
