It will bolt right in, but you need an LS3 ECU, wire harness and a dyno tune. It would be cheaper and you will get more HP by just doing a headsw, cam, intake on your current LS1.

so its a bored out ls2 in effect. bageezus u could have just typed that. not all of us exist on this forum for the sole purposeof posting 3 links a day from whatever random net surfing we happen to be doing.

u would have saved urself energy to just say "its a 6.2L"

[align=left]Ok... I've done some homework... I've picked out a few beyond bolt-on parts for my LS1. I don't have a garage to work in or the "know how" to do some of the mods that i would like to do. So I had to call around for some prices of shops and-what-not. and I added it all up to be over 12G's!!!
Is that price right?

Mods picked out + Prices;

Fast LSX 78mm intake manifold: 809.99
Fast LSX 78mm Throttle body: 464.99
LSX Fuel Rails (looks): 232.99
SLP Air induction Kit: 312.99
SLP 85mm MAS: 196.99
SLP Under Drive Pully: 252.99
MSD Tune-up kit: 827.99
MSD Ignition 6+: 319.99
ECT.

I don't mind paying, just as long as it is done right and the motor is still reliable. thats why i didnt go to big with the cam, intake, ect that i picked out.

Notice the ECT. at the end of the list? That means the list is incompleted.

If you like I could have put EVERYTHING that i am going to to to my car on here. I just didn't want to take up to much space so i paraphrased the list.
