So i just purchased a 2001 Camaro SS, I still own my old car which was a 2000 Mustang Gt. I havent actually drove the camaro yet seeing as it is in Missouri but I cant wait!
So i know my SS is faster than my mustang but exactly how much?

 

How much depends on whether it is still stock or if it has any mods on it.

 

Stock for stock about 3/4 of a second in the 1/4 mile.

 

It's enough to notice.

 

In hp difference the Camaro has 65 more hp than your Mustang.
01 Camaro SS- 325 hp
00 Mustang GT- 260 hp

 

the Camaro will be faster for sure. how much fast depends on the driver but i would say in the 1/4 almost a second faster
