How can you ?

Hello , new to the forum.Just bought a (ss),I think,has the hood ,spoiler,badging on fenders,rear.Is there any way to find out if its a clone.has G VIN SO ITS AT LEAST A Z-28.ANY HELP WOULD BE AP.

Should be a few RPO codes. I don't know the exact ones for the SS package.

Very easy to tell, on the RPO sticker on the drivers door look for the code:
WU8. This signifies it as a true SS. If it's not on it, it's not an SS.

yep wu8 is way to know also take the last 8 digits of vin and call slp they can tell you if it is or isnt and if it is you can find out alot of info about car
