hey, well it's like it says in the title,i jump started my 99 ss after leaving the ignition on over night, and once it started all the warning lights stopped working,and some of the gauges stopped working completly and the others were all wrong....

could it be like a fuse that went out? or is it something else?

when u jump start a car do not leave the charging car running when u try to start the dead car. if u do when the dead car starts the combined alternators can burn each other out and the power surge can do bad things. have u checked all the fuses? not sure were the fuse boxes are in a 99.

 

huh?! that's a new one to me... no i didn't check them all...

did u check all the fuses? under the hood also. should be one for sensors. look closely at it. im not real up on the 99s so only other thing i can think of is to check and clean all your connections, battery and the junction box. try unhooking the battery over night and see if clearing the computer will help.
