When I bought my 1998 camaro ss I new it didn't have catalic converters and I new it would give a service engine light for the O2 sensors, but I also new about MIL eliminators and it seemed like an easy fix to me. What I didn't know about was that the SLP headers that are on my camaro do not allow for an EGR valve recirc line and all the connections and the EGR valve have been removed. I know mustang makes an EGR valve eliminator to fake out the computer and make it think that the EGR valve is working fine and it will not give a service engine light, however I have searched and searched and cannot find a similar device for my LS1 camaro. Does anyone know what I can do to get this car to pass the emissions inspection ( non-sniffer test ) without having to change out the headers.
