Hey guys, Im bout to buy myself a 01 SS, and want to cam it. how much HP would I get with a cam, exhaust,intake,tune? and does caming a car give you horrible gas mileage? or shorten engine life or anything bad?

 

It will hurt you milage a little bit, but not that bad. What other mods are going to do?? You will 100% NEED valve springs and chromoly pushrods. You should also get headers and a higher stall converter if it's and auto. You will need a tune as well. My car has put down 370 rwhp with my TSP cam and bolt-ons
