any tips on changing spark plugs

Default any tips on changing spark plugs

any suggestions on what plugs to use? and tips for changing the plugs. is there a specific spark plug socket that will make it easier I have heard that it is a hard job.

long handled rachet with a flexable head.

Kool thanks I was thinking about getting a spark plug socket with a swivel built on it.

not the socket u want it on the rachet. swivel sockets can be handy once in a great while but have not found them helpful on my 93. found this on a quik search. the sears rachet i have has a straight handle but u can see how the head of the rachet flexes. that flex really helps.

Depending on the reach, I use a swivel head ratchet, sometimes with a u-joint extension, or use a box end wrench on the hex end of the socket. Usually all three ways are needed to get all 8 of them. Some you reach from up top, some from underneath. And don't forget the band-aids for your knuckles!

Yea I hear that a friend and I chaged the driver side window motor yesterday lots of fun!! I have the ratchet ya'll are talking about I am hoping this is not as bad as my v8 vega with headers was!

if they are anything like my friend's V6 4th gen then they are a pain in the *** but not impossible, i <3 my 1st gen 350 lol

the plugs are easy, the wires are another story xD
