Default aftermarket exhaust installation (need help)

hey guys i have hadmy 01z28 for about 2 years and im finally putting new exhaust headers on however i have already done the exhaust from the cat out. will i need extra pipe to go from the headers to the cat ?? if so how much and will i need to get custom bent pipe?? the headers out is 3 " from the cat out is 3 " ... i just need to know what i will need before i put the car on a lift and pay just to see i need more stuff and be out some money ... thanks

what kind of headers? long tube headers will need a y pipe to go with them. if u need to pass emmission testing u will need a y pipe with cats. shorty and mid length headers should hook up to exsiting exhaust.

the headers are mids and im not worried about any emmissions tests my state dont have strict tests and ty ima c if i can get em on soon

you'll need a y-pipe then, try get one from same manufacturer as the headers to ensure a fit

also if you dont have cats in you'll need the o2 sensors tuning out as the exhaust without cats will throw a code and the ses light will come on
