Default 2001 lifter clatter

I figured this would have been posted already. I searched as much as I could before posting, so if this is a repeat post,I appologize.

My '01 Z28 (6-speed) has a noisy lifter. The damn dealer must have ran a noisy lifter treatment. First oil change I did, the tap-tap-tap started. Its very faint and only at idle (and as a mechanic I can say it's clearly a lifter noise). My hunch is someone tried to race itand downshifted to scond instead of fourth and over-revved it. As such, it's probably a bent pushrod, but could be the lifter too. There is a TSB for this... TSB #020601038. Anyone have access to these and want to be a super-cool human being and zip me the info?

Also, I've never torn into an LS1 (although I can rebuild a pre-87 or vortecSBC in my sleep). Rumor has it, the stock rockers are non-adjustable. If so, this may be the time for a cam and lifters as well as some roller-rockers rather than getting stock replacements from a dealer. Anyone know of some roller-rockers that will fit under the PCV baffles?

Most likley it is a bent push rod, LS1 lifters rarley fail as they are a pretty nice roller peice. The stock rockers are non-adjustible, but are preety good units actually, I am still running them as well as stock lifters. Sorry I do not know of any TSB's for a lifter
