Just make sure you have plenty of time to do the plugs and the back too on the passanger side are a nightmare of a job, and be careful not to snap any!
You could also change the plug leads if they have never been done, and the air and fuel filter, diff oil and gearbox oil if you wanna go all out

what type of plugs do you recommend? i plan to change motor oil, tranny oil, plugs, gas/air filter brake pads and cut the rotors i talked to a mechanic friend of mine, and he said its not nessecary to change the rear end oil for now. car has 102k miles.
another thing, i checked what was making the noise, the wheels have no play what so ever, but the bracket what holds the front sway bar look like it snapped apart, so i did a quick weld patch job, any where i can get this bracket from? other then the dealer?
thanks!

ok, for the broke part i link you mean the sway bar drop link, the big bolt with the bushes that attaches the sway bar. Ebay, UMI, hotparts.com, etc. There cheap too, go for the polyurethane ones if you have the cash.
You dont have to do diff oils, but for the sake of $45-60 you might as well do the whole lot, just undo the axle over, drain it and throw 2 quarts? in
Plugs are NGK TR55 or TR6, some people take about gapping them further, but there are usually pre gapped and pcm adjusts stuff anyway. But is important to check there similar to old one

just got off the phone with a speed shop, they dont recommend those ngk plugs for my camaro since it has aluminum heads
this might be the ultimate newbie question but, since mine is a z28 that means i got the ls1 right?
