So, i got my car to the shop and it's the alternator...They also said i should change the battery as well...Should i do this?

Also, is $60 total in labor reasonable for a alternator + battery change?

It doesn't seem to bad to me, but i think it sucks i need both a battery and alternator...

 

You can get your Battery and Alternator tested at Murrays and other auto parts stores for free...

The battery install is so simple, and alternator is not too bad either...
