would headers help my v6

would headers be worth the money for my v6 Ive already got a good intake (dual K&N cold air intake with chip).

headers will help any motor. gas mileage and power will be increased, maybe noticably.

what v6 is it if its the 2.8 pacesetter makes them and yes they do make a differance
