Watch the plug wires and whatever that little plastic covered wire is, headers get hot and they'll melt right through that plastic covering;.

Yeah, all that **** isn't plugged in yet. I did ask the guy about heat wrap but he said it voids the warranty by trapping moisture in the headers. Thanks for the tip.

not a problem, I have a friend who toased 2 plug wires completely through on his '76 vette when he put headers on, I was crazy careful with mine so I made it out fine, but I did get some heat shields for my plugs from GM.
