Odd Borla V6 design compared to V8

that link doesnt specify an engine either.... all im seeing is 2002 camaro. from what i know, because the exhaust setups are the same for v6 and v8 except for a rear hanger, most companies do not differentiate

I just confirmed with Borla by phone -- that is the only V6 option out there, but that style with the block-off plates is also available for the V8...

I don't see what this post is about. If you want the "V8" catback that has both exhaust tips coming from the muffler, then get it. A "V8" exhaust will fit pretty much the same. If you can't get it to work, then you shouldn't be buying mods or working on your car to begin with. There is no rule/law stating that if you have a v6 you have to get a v6 catback.
