Default Odd Borla V6 design compared to V8

This is the Borla V6 catback:

Seems odd that the passenger tailpipe does not even connect to the muffler, as in their V8 design -- what's up with that?

Even the SLP dual exhaust on my '02 RS connects to the muffler...

It sure looks connected, but the passenger pipe has a connection into the muffler input pipe... At least Borla's V6 offering is 3 in. - Flowmaster and Magnaflow are 2.5 in.

Obviously it IS connected, but BEFORE the muffler... I wonder how that affects the sound -- must be to give more sound to the driver -- I assume the passenger side is constricted somehow?

Must you be a ****? I obviously meant to the muffler since that's what you're original point was... Quit being retarded.
