should i straight pipe my v6?

 

I'm assuming you're talking about the cat. If you get emissions tested, no. Even if you don't, there's not a whole lot of power to be gained.

 

i was actually talking about the muffler. but i went today and got magnaflows put on. not too loud (v6) but a good sound.

 

If you took the time and money to get the Magnaflow muffler put on, why would you take it off?

 

no because then you wont pass your emissions testing

 

and it will be obnoxious. stick with a good muffler

yeah the guy told me it would sound ricey if i straight piped it.....it sounds pretty good

 

Emissions testing is usually part of the process when having to renew your inspection sticker. Not all areas have it.

 

oh. ok.just wondering when the crap yall people had these things....i love the tone of my exhaust now just hate the it is really not loud at all. only makes a noise when you slam the gas lol.

 

thats how mine is now and I love it.

idle and cruising u dont hear much of anything, but it starts barking as soon as i just tap the gas. gets peoples attention
