Default headers for v6

I am thinking about getting some pacesetter headers for my 02 v6 and was wondering if i would be able to just bolt them on or if i would have to pull the engine? any help would be appreciated

I'm not 100% sure if this was correct information that I read

I read that if you put it on jack stands you can bolt the passenger side on right away.
With the drivers side I heard you have to remove a couple of motor mounts and jack the motor up a bit for you to clear the steering.

I read it was for the RKSport 3.8 headers, so I don't know if it applies to the pacesetter ones, I was wanting to buy the pacesetter ones myself so if you do find out first hand I'd like to know.
