im wondering is it worth the money an time to put headers on a 3.4l. i allready have flowmaster muffler with the duel outlets and a high flow cat. im going to put on it.

yea but its still a v6. i just dont want to spend $300 an not be able to tell a diffrence with the performance in it. i know it will sound diffrent an there will be other things like the temp an stuff. do u think theres a big enough diffrence to were i'd want them.

 

I always think of things this way. If you want it, and you can afford it. Then do it. Don't do something that you cannot afford.

I personally see a difference in headers. I have a V8 Expedition w/ a K&N Intake w/ Headers and Flowmaster's. It hauls ***, but I have also been smoked by a V6 Explorer with just the same mods, if not more.

I have seen plenty of V6's smoke V8's.

 

Alright alright, i get cha. ill probley get them but its not gonna be my top priorty. i want to get a cold air intake.
