Default CIA, Which ones better?

ok so im looking to put a cold air intake on my 95' 3.4l 5speed an i was looking at these two setups on ebay cause i aint got a ton of money to get a K&N CIA. i was wondering if this one is better or worth the extra money. or is alot of that just for looks?

Which ones better??? and will there be a noticable difrence in preformance??? cause i heard somewhere that a CAI system on a manual is better than a auto cause they do most of the work at over 2000 rpm or 2200rpm and thats around were alot of autos shift.

if youre short on money go ahead with the ebay one, it will be better than stock. The k&n is better because it doesnt heat up as much as the chrome ebay one and its farther toward the ground to get more cold air
