well i cold air intake wont do as much as an intake would. but get some headers and mabe a catback from flowmaster or whoever you prefer. and if you want some serious power a cam and lifter kit would be great. a cam would add from 20 to 45 hp. depending on lift and duration. and then a cold air intake wouldnt be bad but it is wasted money in my opinion. just go to a local auto store and take measurements of your intake and buy aluminum pipes with some bends and silicon tubing to connect it and a good filter. other than that your looking at spending a lot of money for different parts.

If you're looking for a better sound go for a new cat-back exhaust system i.e. Magnaflow, Flowmaster etc. Search youtube and find some videos a camaro like yours with the different systems, decide on the one that you personally think sounds/looks the best and go with it. I also say go with a good aftermarket CAI such as Moroso or K&N, they're going to flow better than round tubing because they have a larger cross-sectional area than round tubing. You really shouldn't worry about anything internal such as a cam until you have the bolt-ons to support the internal mods, you can't get much out of interals if you don't have the air flow into and out of the motor that you need.

real nice sounding products and you won't sound like every other person on the block. I used them on my GTO and I'm probably swithing out my Camaro soon also
