I've got a 91 camaro rs thats being turned into a z28 1le racer. It's got a 383 stroker with a accel/lingenfelter intake, accel dfi, custom exhaust,slp headers,moser rear locking axle,6psd man tranny,1le brakes and suspension mods. I'd like to put a simple hidden ram air in where the foglights mount. Has any one done this? Is there a kit avail? I saw an article once on how to do your own,but can't find it know.

 

I was thinking of doing the same thing to my 81 Z28. I found a kit by VaraRam, but the Ram Air Box by Air Inlet Systems looks much better. I would definately like to know wether ram air is actually worth the money, or if I would be better off with a simple X-Stream filter or sum such thing.
