Ye of little faith. The reason it produces all that power is that it is CNC machined. This is almost as good as a Turbinator. lol
Seriously, throttle body spacers may or may not work, depending on the intake system, but 20 HP is a little far fetched. Also, aluminum is the worst material to use in making a spacer, as you want to insulate the throttle body from engine heat rather than helping to conduct the heat to it.

Turbines work fine, but not when you stick them into the intake system and don't provide any power to them. In this case, all they do is to interfere with the air flow and cause a power loss.
