I have a 2011 Lt and my passenger tire is wearing on the outside only and everytime I go over a bump I hear a noise in the front end is it my stuts or shocks or springs or what??? Please help

 

You should probably take it to a front end shop,how many miles on the car?

 

1764232.miles my driver side tire is fine no wear or tear on it. I know if I go over certain bumps it makes a noise on that side.

 

Looks like a typo I'm guessing 176K not a million and 764K .
At that high of a mileage it probably needs front end work not just struts,ball joints tie rod ends etc.
And with that it will also need an alignment as well,not going to be cheap but for the car to be safe to drive it needs to be done.
Ask around your area for references of a good front end and alignment shop and be ready to drop a couple grand.
